Check in was easy, the staff was flexible about upgrading our room, and it was very convenient to two large metro lines. It’s a basic property, without amenities, like a pool or breakfast or a comfortable lobby/sitting area, but it’s great for a place to sleep after sightseeing that’s comfortable and in a relatively quiet area. Our room was on the sixth floor, and we had a beautiful view. We also had daily housekeeping, which was a nice and unexpected touch. Staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful.

What a wonderful stay! Our family of seven enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The bed were comfortable, the cotton sheets smooth and cool, the fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, the location was close to shopping and numerous restaurants and tapas cafes, as well as bus and train access

Central air conditioning was great. Always on which was perfect when coming back from hot outdoors. Room had broom and necessary toiletries. What we wished it provided is dish soap, although it provided dish washer soap, which we didn’t use. Also There was no laundry detergent soap. Overall it was a great stay for a small family of 3. Close to take out and dine in restaurants and near big supermarket. Would come back again.
