The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about.

The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived, providing warm, attentive service that was flawless throughout our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and every detail reflects true luxury. The panoramic views of Ostuni and the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every meal was a delight, from the incredible breakfast to the outstanding dining experiences. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the service exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in Puglia, VISTA Ostuni is simply outstanding.
