One of the best vacations ever! An excellent choice for your stay in Zambia! Easy an convenient to book excursions and transportation. Wonderful spa and pools. We love this property because of the amazing team that works on this property, Our favorite is Tony F&B manager, he goes the extra mile for all of the guest. The food is fresh and great. We like the customer service of Simon and Samuel in guest services. All of the amenities on the property are amazing!

Exceptional! Firstly, it is one of the newer properties in the area and is very well maintained. The service was nothing short of excellent. No question was unanswered and the staff (particularly Samuel) went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and an overall great experience. The food options were plentiful and very flavorful, both al la carte and buffet. I indulged in the spa which didn't disappoint. I went back a second time just prior to my departure for a massage and facial. If interested, the sunset cruise is available everyday around 430 at the hotel and a Boma show I believe on Sundays. The Victoria Falls is very close by as are other attractions. Icing on the cake is the site of elephants outside of the property upon exiting. This was by far my favorite hotel stay and trust me I've traveled A LOT! I hope to return in the future. Thank you to all of the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
