I enjoy my visit. It was better than expected to be honest. i am thinking to come back in the future.

This resort was fantastic for our young kids. It was clean, everything was close and the staff was great. The food was much better than anticipated. The two restaurants that you had to make reservations for were fantastic. Also the breakfast and lunch buffets were also great. We were especially excited about the home made tortillas and and fresh made to order omelets. The stuff on the actual buffet was ok, but they had 3-4 areas making fresh made to order entrees. They made good mocktails for our kids and the adult drinks were fine. We don’t drink a whole lot anymore, but they made some that were enjoyable. Snorkeling was easy. They had a team that would take you out, but if you take your own stuff you can literally swim out and snorkel the reef on your own. We did both. Our snorkel guide was knowledgeable, and we saw all the normal reef fish, as well as a turtle, some barracuda and a nurse shark. Would go back to this resort again. Highly recommend!

El lugar, nos encantó, la comida estaba muy rica, la mayoría del personal es amable, peor hay algunos meseros que necesitan mejorar su forma de atender, de no ser por algunos de ellos, todo hubiera sido perfecto.

Awesome staff, property, location, and amenities. First time staying at this location and wont be my last. Thr staff was super nice, helpful, and professional. The property was BEAUTIFUL right on the beach. I cant think if anything negative. Highly recommend this resort!

Una experiencia inolvidable en Palmero Pay, Isla de la Bahía Nuestra estadía en la comunidad de Palmero Pay fue simplemente espectacular. Fuimos en familia buscando descanso y tranquilidad, y encontramos mucho más que eso. Cada día que pasamos allí fue excepcional: la casa estaba impecable, con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno, y tener el mar justo detrás fue una bendición. Caminar por la playa cada mañana y ver los atardeceres frente al mar fue una experiencia única. La paz del lugar, la belleza del paisaje y la comodidad de la casa hicieron de este viaje algo realmente inolvidable. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados a cualquiera que quiera desconectarse del estrés y conectarse con la naturaleza, la familia y la paz interior. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Everything was very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection. This was the best place I have ever stayed.
