A pleasant stay - exceeded expectations

The hotel is within 4 minutes walk from 2 metro stations (Picoas & Parque), has easy access to buses. There is a supermarket just round the corner. Best of all, the staff were super helpful and accommodating. I have to mention Denise at reception who patiently printed out boarding passes for our group of 6 even though I made a few mistakes sending the wrong files to her. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay. It is not the most glamorous of hotels, but the staff allowed it to stand out.

A very nice hotel. What really stood out was the excellent service from some of the staff: Carlos and Nuno C. and Joao - and of course, David - who was extremely friendly and helpful.

Classy Example

The hotel was exemplary, very polite and versatile staff, able to help whenever needed. The room was pristine, very well equipped and very comfortable. I am confident this will be my new 'go-to' hotel during my annual visits to lisbon.

This was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delightful with lots of fresh fruits. There were two grocery stores located nearby. The hotel was located between multiple metro stops making the city easily accessible. Highly recommend.

Excellent very comfortable and clean hotel. Room was large. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Only issue was that hotel was a bit further from the attractions of the centre of town than I expected. Though there is a metro stop close to the hotel and a taxi uber into town would not be expensive. It is walkable if you want to though

The place was in a convenient, not touristic location with access to the metro a block away, a few restaurants (very good), and a grocery store next door. The people made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and our towels were changed daily. I had an issue with my TV not turning off and I had someone from the front office in my room within 5 minutes. I highly recommend it and I would stay there in my next visit to Lisbon.

Missing a basic amenity

The female receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and professional. However, I was very disappointed to find that the room did not have an iron. When I asked the front desk, I was simply told, “Sorry, we don’t have irons.” As a result, I had to attend my functions in wrinkled clothes, which made me feel quite embarrassed. For me, the absence of such a basic amenity is a deal breaker, and I will not be returning. I’m currently working on a revised edition of my book, “Lisbon Explored: Unforgettable Experiences and Endless Charm Await,” I intend to include a note about this experience.

Quite neighborhood, easy transit to any destinatio

Room was comfortable and the shower / deep tub were amazing! Water warmed up very quickly and got extremely warm (as selected). Very centrally located to multiple grocery stores for a quick bite, waters, etc. 3 minutes to the Parque blue line that was super convenient to go south towards the more tourist areas or connect to other lines. Slight issue with finding out reservation once we arrived and a rather rude gentlemen when asked to open a bottle of wine for us, but the room was great!
