I will happily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a stay in Lisbon. It is well situated for the local transport system. The staff a re excellent and attentive to guest needs. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were very comfortable in the room and enjoyed the breakfast downstairs in the morning. We also found ourselves talking to the friendly bar staff having drinks after sight seeing. The location is perfect and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

Located in the best area! This was confirmed to us many times by tour guides and friends. It’s also in a flat part of the city, which I personally found more enjoyable and walkable. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The room was adorable with a view to the street, which is actually charming considering the small balcony. The AC works well, pillows are comfortable and the bath products are nice except there isn’t body lotion, but still good regardless. The Happy Hour downstairs is pretty good too! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Pros: Centrally located property. Restaurant on the property served an excellent breakfast. Excellent room with modern decor. Staff very attentive and effective in resolving any concerns. Lastly, you have to experience the shower wand. Cons: To the gentleman: Shaving was a little bit of a challenge due to the extended shelf that partially covered the sink.. Overnight parking during the week was in the $40 Euro range. Bring some very good walking shoes.

The location is just unbelievable. Close access to the Lisbon metro (blue line), trams and buses. I travelled alone and was in a “cozy” room, but it felt quite cavernous with the 12-15 feet ceiling. The staff was top notch. I made an error by booking too few days. The front desk went out of their way to add an extra day for me.
