This hotel was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much bother. Rooms were big, breakfast was delicious and the pool totally relaxing. The decor was lovely, a really great hotel away from the main city and crowds but so easy to get into the tourist areas. Some lovely local restaurants near the hotel - easy to get from airport and easy to get taxi to Sintra. A fantastic mini break. Would recommend and will stay again.

This is a beautifully retired Governor's Palace with precise blue and white decor. Even the small rooms are charming. The grounds are beautiful, and staff inviting. I loved everything about my stay. Breakfast is adequate. There are plenty of rooms to lounge in and do some work from home, and the staff is very attentive. It is coveniently located by the water, and it is a short walk to museums and Pasteis de Belem, home to the famous custard tart. We mange.ved here after a few days in Lisboa, we did not regret our hotel change.
