Brilliant stay.

The hotel itself was absolute amazing. Brilliant rooms with everything I needed. Staff were exceptional. The only downside was the breakfast which wasn’t provided by the hotel but by an annexed coffee shop. They tended not to Offer a range of drinks or replenish when items were needed. As guests don’t pay for this and the hotel does I think the hotel need to have a word!!

Staff was very welcoming giving us a great restaurant recommendation the first night (Taberna Baixa). Upon return from the restaurant that night, the staff had left a superb chocolate cake with card in our room for my wife's birthay the day before we traveled. GREAT HOTEL! GREAT LOCATION!

You can’t go wrong staying near Rossio Square. I arrived early for almost an 11 hour flight. Extremely friendly & attentive staff allowed me to checkin early. Great Hotel! Great Location! Great service! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon. Obrigada!

Couldn’t fault this hotel. The location was amazing and the hotel was modern and very clean. The staff were really helpful and our rooms were spotless each day. I booked three rooms and we were all happy with the choice. If I went back to Lisbon I would definitely stay here again.
