Location, Location, Location

Excellent location. Walkable to some sights. I especially like the Yellow bus hop on hop off is just around the corner which was so convenient. Our room was in a corner giving as a good view of both plazas. There are a lot of souvenir shops and restaurant around the area. The staff at the front desk are so nice. Michelangelo is awesome, giving us detailed information about the city map. Pedro was very helpful in bringing down our luggage. If you like being in the center of it all and does not mind too many people. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay in the centre of Lisbon, on the flat at the top of the main pedestrian street leading straight to the waterfront, and just across from main squares. The staff are helpful and nice. The hotel is quite basic in many respects, but that has to do with its centrality and isn’t really a drawback. Superior room was good. Rooms well serviced etc. Lovely to look out via the ‘balcony’ to the Main Street & square each day. An excellent breakfast buffet. There is a problem between the hotel and Expedia that needs to be resolved in terms of booking with breakfast. Expedia site will indicate breakfast is included on the first pages, but this doesn’t transpose to the confirmation (with no option to revise between these). The hotel was going to insist it wasn’t included until I both explained the position & took them through an example of this on the Expedia site. This needs addressed. However, it was resolved for us on further discussions. Otherwise a very good hotel with an ideal location. Great.

This hotel is in an excellent location. We had a wonderful view from our little balcony. What I didn’t like was there were no drawers in the room to put your clothes also, we had a handicap bathroom, which was horrible. There was a terrible smell coming up from the floor, which I mentioned, but nothing was done about it. Also there was no counter space to put anything. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant downstairs was very nice all in all a good stay.

Receptionists were lovely and so helpful especially Christina who was adorable and went above and beyond 💞 Breakfast was lovely and the room was perfect. Would definately recommend anyone to stay here as the location was perfect too 😊

Great central location in Lisbon

Great welcome by staff, shown on city map key places to visit, then taken up to our room on the 'tribal' floor, by Pedro, where he showed us how to operate the air conditioning. Went out exploring, then had a lovely dinner in the hotel's restaurant, came back to our room to find 2 pastas de nata waiting for us (nice welcome touch). Breakfast offered a variety of choices & was regularly replenished, the only issue I had was some sliced tomatoes would be nice, as there only a few half cherry tomatoes in the salad, which ran out quickly. On the environmental front, while some toiletries provided & were nicely full, it is generally done in most hotels, that if you hang your towels up, you are happy to re-use & if on the floor you'd like them replaced, so we hung our towels up on day 1, however they were replaced, if the hotel put up signs & adopted this policy it may improve environmental impact.
