It is a great welcoming property. Everyone has been great, very accomadating. I have a worn out knee. When I walk my knee swells. The staff has been very accomadating in providing ice; however, the the act of having to ask every day for ice at the bar makes me feel like I'm inconviencing someone. Also, the chair in the room is extremely uncomfortable. I have to sit with a pillow on it and it still hurts my bottom. Aside from that, I would chose to stay again and will try the other HF Fenix hotels. The breakfast is excellent. All the staff I have dealth with has been excellent. They are very courteous and have been very prompt to answer questions and provide support when needed.

The rooms are not renovated and even with the ac on it was abit hot. They can’t do much as the building is old Staff was fantastic We had prob w the water draining while showering as well
