Nice property with lots of amenities, but it can get very crowded. The staff at the spa did not replenish water & cups, clean up dirty towels not being used, and replenish towels very often. Enforcement of hotel policies were very inconsistent between staff and to different people. The bell staff did not help us load or unload luggage. Some people received amazing service, while some did not.

This was my second stay at the Epic Sana Lisboa, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The staff go above and beyond—they’re friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel is spotless, with a modern lobby bar that’s perfect for relaxing. My room was clean, spacious, and had great touches like Nespresso coffee pods and a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet is incredible, with so many healthy and tasty options to choose from. Honestly, if there’s an Epic Sana in the country I’m visiting, it’s always my top choice and the hotel I recommend to friends and family.

Stunning for Lisbon

Absolutely stunning property, the gem here is the rooftop infinity pool. Service is top notch, with they bringing you a couple fresh bottles of water and a nightly chocolate for turn down service. Their buffet breakfast is worth it, with LOTS of great options to the spread.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and located conveniently near a large shopping centre and a short walk to the city sightseeing bus tours. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a lovely cake for my wife’s birthday!

Perfect Luxury Stay in Lisbon

We had an outstanding stay at EPIC SANA Lisboa. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and our room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool is a true highlight, with stunning views over Lisbon. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious each morning, and the spa and gym were excellent. What impressed us most was the service — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

It's a pretty terrible hotel I'd never come back

Save yourself the trouble — pick another hotel. 1. They own two hotels in the same city with the exact same name. We went to the wrong one, along with several other lost guests. 2. Asked for early check-in, got a “sure” in messages, but on arrival? No room, no note, no offer to store our bags until I asked. 3. Fifteen minutes after check-in, someone knocks and walks right in while my wife and I are half-dressed. Manager’s response? A half-hearted “sorry” and nothing else. They market “5-star luxury” but deliver “1-star roadside motel” service. Plenty of better options out there — this one’s not worth the risk.
