The place is new but I equipped properly, kitchen lacks pots and pans and everything you need to cook or heat up something, I repeatedly requested a small frying pan, when I finally got it , the stove didn’t work. Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. I was there three nights, if you asked for extra towels, you were charged 10 euros, if you asked for your room to be cleaned , it is 20 euros . All that aside, the shower is a nightmare, no water pressure , and the water splashes all over the bathroom floor leaving the floor extremely slippery, the water also seeped out from the side of the shower and created a huge puddle of water around the toilet , they don’t even have floor towels , when I complained, I was given a squeegee, we had to clean the bathroom floors with the squeegee with no place to drag the puddle of water to, huge mess. The place is also called aparthotel, yet there now no reception at all times, you do not see anyone , when I called whoever is in charge to help me book a taxi to the airport , I was given a phone number to call because she said they don’t have people to do that for me , I was hung up on 5 times by that taxi number die to language barrier, I begged for them to book me a taxi and I was turned down repeatedly, They places also out of the way, you would go up a long hill or a very long long long stairs case to get to the building, there is absolutely nothing around, no grocery or bakery or anything within a short walk at all,

Excellent 2 nights. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room clean. Cracking shower. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again.
