Unsafe to go there. Very dirty, sheets with stains on them, garbage on the floor, garbage everywhere. I didn't take the breakfast for safety reason. Such a place is a total disrespect for travelers

The rooms doesn't have any bedroom slippers and they were not in stock of toothpaste and other standard items for a hotel of this status and cost.

I was very disappointed with how my situation was handled during my stay. I lost $540 USD, which I believe happened while walking from my room, Room #437, to my car in the parking lot. I immediately reported it to the front desk and asked if the security cameras could be reviewed. I was told that the camera technicians were out and that the footage would be checked as soon as they returned. The hotel later contacted me and asked me to provide a photo of myself to assist with reviewing the cameras, which I did. Unfortunately, after that, I heard nothing. I had to call the front desk again to follow up, and even then, I still did not receive an update. I was checking out the following morning, so I expected this matter to be treated with more urgency and communication. I understand that the hotel may not be responsible for my lost money, but I do believe that when a guest reports something this serious and cooperates fully with the investigation, there should be better communication and follow-through. The lack of updates was extremely disappointing and left me feeling like my concern was not being taken seriously.

This property needs a major upgrade. Room was more like one you pay for by the hour, smell musky and in despair. Room was flooded by overnight rain. No soap or shampoo walk with your own like I did. The breakfast was horrible and not authentic. Not worth it. Good location, extremely good staff and customer service however, even while knowing the place needs an overhaul. Kudos to the staff.

Stayed two weeks. Apartment was clean and quiet upon arrival. Amenities were present as stated. Safe/secure location. Host/owner was friendly. Unit is up spiral metal stairs as well as both bedrooms within unit are upstairs, while both bathrooms are downstairs. This is not a useful floor plan layout and should be explicitly communicated on the posting. I traveled with a person whom struggled with stairs and they were forced to sleep on the futon couch/bed downstairs. Stove gas tank ran out quickly and tank was replaced quickly. One of three A/C units did not work the entire stay. Once upstairs first bedroom is open and one must walk through to entire second room; another layout flaw. Overall, I possibly would not stay here again do to the layout of the unit provided.

The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.

The Pegasus Suits Are very clean and the ocean view was perfect. Breakfast was a 2min. walk at the Pegasus by The Waterfront
