Check in was super hard. We didn’t get the self check in link and the host didn’t respond to messages on Expedia

Absolutely loved this hotel, great for families. Plenty of sun loungers round pool, close walk to nice restaurants and shops. Staff were incredible and always had smiling faces, great touches like geletaria one evening and free coffee sorbetto.

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

The hotel is right across the street from the train station, so it was easy to drop off our luggage in the room and explore. The room was modern, very clean and quiet. The A/C worked very well. The reception clerk was helpful by giving us a map of the city and suggestions for dinner when we asked. The walk into the center of the old city takes about 20 minutes and it felt relatively safe.

Perfect stay. Hotel taken care by the owners, pristine condition. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious!
