Staff was ok, didn’t help much other than improve the room. Really needed help with sites and how to get there. Hotel was dirty, showers were outdated, need to be updated. Breakfast was good, staff need to smile more.

Still a nice hotel, but one of the less impressive mama shelters I’ve stayed at.

Great location, convenient to the Termini train station, restaurants, and several of the tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful staff members.

This property was amazing! Clean and well maintained with beautiful architectural features. Rooms well appointed, beds comfortable and bathrooms clean. Food and entertainment enjoyable. Rooms could use more electrical outlets. Otherwise, I would recommend to others and stay again myself.

The check in process is in the main hotel entrance at the top of the Spanish Steps and the Annex building rooms are outside at the bottom of the Spanish steps. That walk with luggage is brutal.
