Overall great hotel

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

Great experience and the location is perfect. If your interest is to see the Vatican, this is the place to stay. If you plan on going to the Pantheon or Trevi fountain from here, go early. (We rented scooters at 4:30am) The food at the breakfast location is phenomenal. It’s a 2 minute walk from hotel. Many options on the menu and if you don’t have a paper voucher for breakfast contact the host for a voucher and it will be provided.

Everything excellent at the hotel except the beds, which were very uncomfortable with very average pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. The bed was hard to rock. Luxury hotel should have better.

Our room was in a very strange location which threw me off at first, but the breakfast staff were so amazing and the room was spotless.
