Clean, nice property under great ownership.

We were coming for a Memorial service and on the way down we had car trouble. I called to let them know we were still on our way and would be a late check in. They kept the doors unlocked for us. When we arrived the night attendant was so kind and helpful. We didn't realize there wasn't an elevator to the 2nd floor the night attendant helped carrier our stuff up to the room, which we didn't expect her to! The staff was always polite and helpful when needed. Our rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

The room was kinda clean until we looked around at what looked like dried blood stains on the walls and door frame for the bathroom. Looked like there was black mold in the corner of the room. It says hot breakfast on ther brochure a room but when you go upfront and you to go bag with two muffins, a banana and an apple juice. The tub was dirty and drains for the tub and toilet were clogged. Pros it’s in a decent location off highway and beds were comfortable

The room presents itself like they have tried to do improvements and updates. However, you can see where they just painted over water damage in the bathroom and you had to be a magician to get the shower to work. The door had no seal to the outdoors so when the rainstorm rolled in wind blew right in. The smoke alarm had the battery hanging out of it not-connected, obviously there is a problem there. The parking lot is also lit up like a football stadium, and the curtains don't stop the light from entering the room.

3rd time staying here and will for sure return! Very happy with the service from all of the staff. Front desk clerks were very friendly and attentive. Thank you so much for making my family & I feel welcomed!
