This was such a cute and cozy place. The fireplace was a nice touch especially since it was raining when we got there. Very dog friendly - however there wasn't a place to walk our dogs. There was no grass. Other than that super cute and friendly place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, with great activities all around and easy access to everything you would want to see.The highlights of the stay were definitely the staff and the cleanliness. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable, outfitted with plenty of nice, puffy pillows that made for a great night's sleep.I do have a couple of minor cons, though they aren't enough to change my five-star rating. First, the hallway carpets are looking a bit dated and could use an update. Second, and more importantly, the metal box frame on the bed juts out quite a bit from under the mattress. It can be a real tripping and bumping hazard if you aren't paying close attention while walking around the room.Despite those small structural details, the excellent service, cleanliness, and prime location make this a fantastic place to stay. I would absolutely highly recommend it!

Good ambience

In the heart of old town. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and sights.

The Pueblo Bonito is a gorgeous property with a wonderful atmosphere. We particularly loved the many outdoor seating areas, and used them frequently during our stay. With the thick walls and many large plants / trees, they were a quiet haven within the bustling neighborhood. The staff went out of their way to help us with a couple of unexpected needs, and were always a pleasure to speak with. The property is very conveniently located, and if you are willing to do some walking, you don't need a car for most any of your shopping, dining, or cultural exploration. We look forward to coming back!
