Nice clean property just wish they had housekeeping service

Outside of main building grass wasn't cut and landscaping was a mess. Parking lot was FULL of weeds and trash through out entire lot, Room 711 was a joke. Outdated , wallpaper was pealing off on ALL walls. Stained ceiling and yellow dirty outdated outlets throughout room. Windows were filthy. Carpets had nasty stains right by the bed. I was charged over 500.00 for the one night. Should have been 150.00

Just want to say the hotel staff was excellent and offered top notch service. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room and balcony. There were multiple spiders covering the balcony where it was a waste of money to pay for the lakeview. We could not sit out there for a minute. The room itself I had to rid of 6 spiders, and my young daughter was scared to sleep alone in her bed. Overall, it was a pretty nice resort but fell short considering the cost we paid to stay there.
