Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Accueil avec thé kawa, biscuits et chale Service accueillant et chaleureux. Tres bonne explication de tout ce qu il faut faire pour l aclimatation et fourniture des bonnes adresses. La propriétaire Anu est toujours là pour regler les soucis et prend soin des clients Belle chambre et salle de bains. Ascenceur. Le personnel qui est toujours souriant Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas correctement Bon ce n est pas les chiens de l hotel mais les 2 nuits les chiens à l exterieur non pas arrêté d' aboyer. Hotel non accessible directement en voiture mais le personnel vient récupérer et ramener les bagages
