Stayed for a weekend break. Contact with property was good and informative. The apartment was easy to find and centrally located. The apartment was clean, well stocked with washing up liquid, water and toiletries. Beds were comfortable.I give this property 10/10 and worthy of the 5 star rating.

A nice hotel in an excellent location. Close to tram stop for easy getting around. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooms facing the main road are noisy with morning traffic. And no real in-room coffee unfortunately. Very good overall though.

I'd booked the higher floor terrace flat. There was a really bad smell of cigarettes in the flat - all over the bedding and extremely foul smell in the microwave to the extent that it could not be used. My guess is the flat was used by heavy smokers and drinkers before as there was tissue paper stuffed in the smoke alarms in the bedroom and in the living room to prevent the alarm from going off due to smoke. While the flat itself is new and the amenities are good, there is no governance to make the sure the flat is used by legitimate tourists. Also, something to note - there is no parking, which to be fair was already known to me at the time of booking. They did explain that I could park on the street after 6pm until the morning and then did tell me that the nearest car part was at the station (which is a 10-12min) walk. The biggest turnoff was the severe smoke smell and the fact that they could send anyone to sort out the smell at the night. Net day after two phone calls they did get the bedding changed, but it took three phone calls (one in the night and then two the next day). So not good service. If the management wants, I can provide pictures of the tissue paper which we found stuffed in the smoke alarm when we stayed at this place.

The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days.

Fine apartment, centrally located, comfortable enough bed. Had very minimal furnishings (one small lamp next to the bed, with blue light - awful for sleeping; one fan). The check in instructions/photos did not give the right instructions on how to find the lockbox, and I had a long back and forth with the host trying to find it. Because of the lockbox, I just did not feel safe in the space - like anyone else could also have the code and come into the flat.
