We have stayed here before and as the rooms are individually owned they vary. This time the bed was so old you could see the dips in it before you even got into bed. It was very very uncomfortable. There was only one wine glass and one drinking glass, not ideal for entertaining friends and family, it was a case of bring your own glass. We will not be coming back as it’s too much of a risk as to what room you going to get, one which is above standard or one that is on par with a 2 star rating.

We have stayed here before, in a different room. This time the room had a mattress that should have been replaced as it sank in the middle, and that was just looking at it let alone laying on it. The room had one wine glass and one other glass, not ideal for inviting friends around to enjoy the day. We will not be returning to this site again, as many rooms are owned privately it’s just not worth the risk of getting a terrible room. We were very disappointed as the previous stays have been in well looked after and well equipped rooms.

FuramaXclusive was in a good location straight across from the beach, pretty quiet area compared to legian and 20 minute walk to garlic lane and bintang supermarket. Peak hour traffic along the beach road can be hectic due to width of the road. Hotel is safe with friendly and helpful security guards out front. The rooms were cleaned and service was good. Money exchange in the lobby was helpful Kids indoor playground very convenient but the kids pool needs to be monitored more by the life guards as it is not safe and many parents are not watching their own kids jumping off the wall or foot bridge into the big pool. The 1 bedroom suite was very similar to the studio room so not worth the extra money paid as i was expecting a functioning kitchenette like the 2 bedroon suite and only got a mini bar fridge; not even a bowl, cutlery microwave etc Overall we had a good stay

Best value for money property on the beach in Bali. Apartment style property with spacious bedrooms and living areas. Fantastic for families as they have a special water park for kids and tons of eating options close by. Perfect for young families. I surf and great waves out front.

The property is in the heart of Semanyak and is as expected. Blends into the area very well. Beach access is as close as can be. Hotel staff and management were outstanding. Excellent value for money. Entrance needs a little face lift as first impressions count.

This hotel is in a good location for many restaurants and the beach. The room size is generous with excellent air-conditioning. Unfortunately the pool area is quite tired with lots of sharp tiles causing minor cuts to all three children. The linen and towels were old, discoloured and did not smell fresh.

I was originally on the fence when booking this place due to mixed reviews but absolutely loved it, we stayed 4 nights and were happy customers. The location is perfect & close to absolutely everything. The adjoining restaurants make it so easy, reasonably priced and yummy. The pool was fine, I seen some reviews mentioning it was poor quality but we were happy and the kids play park was awesome. We had a king studio and it was super spacious and great quality- no leakage or anything & comfortable bed. Staff were great and very accommodating. Overall very happy with our experience. ONLY negative comment was the wifi. Worked great at the lobby and front area but our room was towards the back and it didn’t work. Definitely would book again though :)
