When you come in the door from the outside building the door doesn't close. When you get to the next hotel door from the inside to go down the hallway there was no door handle when I came to my room the door was open because the hinge was broke. The chair had no cushion cover on it and there was sperm or bleach spilled on it. The bedspread had stains on it that looked pretty fresh to me AKA blood. The shower had no plug to take a bath there was no shampoo only body wash conditioner and lotion which quite frankly looked like all the same product. There were spiders in the bathroom and the carpet in the actual hotel room was wet. The whole room was extremely dirty and disgusting there was no large full-length mirror to get dressed in, I did tell the manager. He said he could move my room but that all the rooms were dirty. And that the chair was supposed to be that way. Had I not prepaid for the room already I would have gotten up and left immediately. It was an absolute disgusting experience they barely even had plugs or lights in the room not even a clock. Quite frankly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

Very sub standard hotel for Holiday Inn chain

The room was ok. The carpet in both the room and hallways were very worn and needed replaced. The TV although it was newer only worked in low definition not high definition. The bed and bathroom were acceptable. I would never stay here again. Nor would i recommend it to anyone.

- An average place, nice but a little tired. - The elevator was so slow it seemed on the verge of breaking down. - Breakfast was OK but needed real butter, not that artificial spread. - Room temp was excellent. - An extra TV remote was on the floor between the bed and nightstand - better cleaning would have found it before I did!

We booked this hotel for a soccer tournament. We brought all of our children because of the pool and of course the pool wasn't in service which was not told to us upon booking the room. The air conditioner literally fell apart in our room. You could here the people walking above us the entire stay. It definitely was not the best place to stay. However, the lady that ran the breakfast bar was super nice and helpful and did a great job with the food. The kids did love a hot breakfast and the pancake machine was fun.
