our stay at Jangle exceeded our expectations and I would definitely return in case I am in the area. The staff is amazing and helpful, they address issues and problems on the spot and they are very helpful providing support and guidance. We had a couple of issues and Selim the manager intervened personally to resolve them. Very professional.

Nice hotel, incompetent staff

First impression of hotel was nice. Staff at reception mixed up reservation, left us unattended and our key cards did not work. Dinner at restaurant was good and staff were attentive and personable. Reserved an airport shuttle, however, on day of departure was advised that no shuttle had been reserved. Staff had to order a taxi for us to drive us to airport. Altogether a frustrating experience.

The staff was nice. Cons: However, there is false advertisement, the pool is not active on the premises. In other words, you have to take a five minute walk in the heat or drive to another building, stand on line to show you’re a guest at the hotel and then you are able to use their facility. No children are allowed in the saunas’ as well. The restaurant food is limited and takes a while for the food to come out. There are no surrounding stores. Pro: The decor is engaging for families! And the rooms are spacious, although I had no view at all.
