Very lovely hotel. They checked us in earlier than expected because we got there too early. We also needed a room upgrade and that was also seamless. Kudos to the staff, cleaners and everyone. We don’t speak French but they all could communicate in English. I highly recommend. Didn’t get their names, would have given them a thumbs up but kudos to all the staff.

Clean, great location, excellent lobby bar and gym.

Clean and comfortable though not very well-equipped for a suite. Breakfast was good.

Very good

Right at the heart of old montreal, walking distance to almost everything and convenient. There's noone at front desk, but they're very quick at responding to WhatsApp messages. Despite no front desk, service and check-ins and all communications were seamless. Very quiet area and the room was lovely and clean. The lobby scent just probably need to be changed, its too strong. But you dont really spend a lot of time in lobby, so its no big deal.

Beautiful hotel!
