The reviews seemed too good to be real, so I was a bit skeptical. But when I got there, I was quickly proven wrong. The hotel was amazing. It’s just as beautiful as the photos. The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. We loved it and cannot wait to return next time we’re in that area. The staff consistently went above and beyond.

The beds were clean, but the bathroom was old and had water scale stains on the shower wall, smells musty, don’t expect any stars at this place, that was our only option for an overnight stay so we had no choice. Breakfast was mediocre at Best.

Very nice hotel in the old-fashioned Italian seaside style. Very clean and felt quite luxurious. Breakfast was disappointing - the fruit juice was terrible and the pastries were not great. However there was a good range of fruit on offer. The spa facilities were not available which was a shame.

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. AC was excellent, king size bed comfortable, all linens and towels great. Coffee/ tea available. We were really happy to have chosen and stayed here. Oh…construction noise started in the morning, but I’m sure that’s temporary.

A very convenient location for Venice-next to the train station Staff very helpful especially with mobility assistance needs.

Had a good stay. Only complaint was that the air conditioning didn’t really work and couldn’t get the room below 26.5c. Delicious breakfast buffet and good food at the bar. Very central location.
