The hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Poznan, once we arrived in our room the floor had not been swept, there was pizza in the microwave, the shower head holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head with one had and wash with the other and a biscuit behind the bed. As there is no reception or room keys at this hotel i contacted the hotel manager via whatsapp, they agreed the pizza in the microwave was "a mess" they assured me that the cleaning company had cleaned the room properly. The response regarding the shower was "do you have hot water" when i replied yes i never heard from them again, would probably not stay here again.

No mention of three floors up when we booked. No microwave was also a problem. And the quilts were far too thin. Location was ok for the price.

The location of the Hotel was superb, literally in the Old town a minute walk from the old Square. The Hotel itself was outstanding with numerous historical features dating back to the 15 hundreds. Classy room with air-conditioning, marvellous breakfast choice and very friendly helpful staff. Could not rate this hotel highly enough.

Super spacious n clean room. The breakfast is amazing. A lovely spread with lots of variety. The staff is super friendly n helpful. Smack in the middle of Old Town n close to everything. I had a very comfortable stay.
