Mosquitos kept me awake at night

The hotel is very close to the train station and within walking distance of the tourist areas; there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It does look exactly like the photos but the hotel only occupies the third floor of the building, and the elevator fits just two people with their suitcases, but it is very nice, charm and clean place, with a spacious room and a comfortable bed. We arrived at the hotel very early (before check-in time) but they accepted our luggage and stored them for us, and when we returned that night, our luggage was already in the room. I liked that the reception was open 24 hours.

Amazing staff Always available

Reception terrible specially employee working the night shift, was rude and not able to understand our needs like getting us a chair for our bedroom. Woman working during breakfast never said good morning or welcome guests. Requested a rubber mat for shower floor since was slippery, employee at front desk had no idea what was that. Shower head sprayed water all over, needs a new one or a good cleaning. Hotel Golf too far from center. We won’t recommend it.

Option on the breakfast could have been better, but overall, we had a good experience
