Clean room , stayed the night on route driving from London to Valencia and fancied a day in Pau. Easy location and very quiet so got a good night's sleep. Had a couple of drinks at the bar and served quickly. Was up and out early so didn't stay for breakfast. Overall clean, smart and room was lovely.

Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

People were nice. Hotel is well maintained but older side

This hotel was ideally located, a 2 minute walk from Pau centre. The parking was really handy, and free! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and air conditioned. We had an amazing time here.

Lovely hotel within an easy walk of Pau town centre. The spa was lovely, and the staff very welcoming. Great secure underground parking, with easy access even for lower cars, with plenty of EV charging. Also plenty of free outdoor parking on hotel grounds. Great one night stop on our travel through Europe this summer.

The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice. Breakfast itself was not very good. Most of the selection was not hot just warm at best.

Room was clean and good size. Some issues with shower and amenities in lobby area - staff were good but hotel feels run down.
