Las Vegas Vacation Packages

Very well appointed Aparthotel. Ideal for my needs at the time. Reasonable priced and very helpful staff.

Todo bien y limpio y buena area

On check-in for 5 days, I was put in a room with disabled access. I was not advised of this but when I saw it, thought it would be fine. The first time I showered, I found that the water spread all over the floor. To me, it was obvious that the cause was a tiled floor with poor slope design. I was told there was no other room to move me to, but they would send a technician to look at the drain. Three visits and a new drain cover did not fix it (no surprise as it was the floor at fault). Meanwhile, I had to use the extra towels to dam the water and try to keep it contained to flow down the drain. The final straw was on my last morning shower before checkout - a large cockroach came up through the bigger holes in the "new" drain cover. The maid service is not daily and despite requesting it one day, they said my do not disturb sign was up when they came - did not get any in the 5 days. In general, the layout of this hotel is very complex and not easy to navigate around - more, better signage would help. The priority clearly is given to timeshare owners and not the casual visitor like myself.

Good breakfasts, friendly staff

Excellent staff and location, could not find fault with anything. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. Called the hotel by phone, was told someone was coming in “a few minutes”, but I ended up waiting for a whole hour, on the street outside the hotel, before someone showed up.

Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.

No major issues but one member of staff at the pool bar was rude to me twice when ordering breakfast.. that's not acceptable from my perspective.
