Great communication with clear instructions describing how to locate and access hotel. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and good sized. Will definitely stay again.

The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave.

Conveniently located, beautifully appointed hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets (1 bathroom), which is convenient for 6 of us. The place is clean and spacious, warm and very convenient to go everywhere. There is a supermarket just 3 mins walk from. The apartment that we visited everyday. The apartment also allowed us to keep our luggage instead of using the paid locker in station. I will definitely stay at the same pls eif I ever visit Helsinki again

Good things: breakfast was varied and tasty. Dinner was less varied but still tasty. The bed was comfortable. Not so good things: the toilet had remnants of the last guest inside, the standard room (listed as 18 sqm) was so small I had to double check with Reception that we didn't get a compact room by mistake. Apparently it was one of the smaller standard rooms. It was so much smaller than the photos, I felt like it was a bait and switch. The glass bathroom walls do not provide privacy, you can see the other person sitting on the toilet and showering. Although the price and the food was good, we won't be back.
