Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The room was very nice and clean and property was amazing. So many beautiful animals to see and lovely to take a leisurely stroll. The staff was very friendly and there was a variety of delicious food for breakfast.

Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. We stayed at this character filled hotel for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Julia on the front desk helped us with checking in a little earlier and stowing our cases beforehand. Rose was also helpful on the front desk and Robin went above and beyond in the hospitality area. The breakfast was lovely, bathroom great and having a terrace to retire to at the end of the day was lovely too! Thoroughly recommend.

Breakfast is good for occidental travellers. Limited dinner options for occidental travellers. Hard mattresses.

Non smoking facility, but strong smell of tobacco in the hall. Construction site next to the building, they work at night sometimes can be quite noisy at night.
