The secure entrance door was broken, taken down and laying in the hallway so anyone off the street could (and seemingly did) come into the hotel through the night. I was so pleasantly surprised just how clean this hotel is! The staff was great, went out of their way to help me!! I didn ’t get to visit the indoor pool or hot tub this time because of time constraints but I will the next time! The included breakfast was great too!!
