Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay.

There was no body wash or conditioner provided in the rooms, only shampoo, which we were told to use as body wash as well. The dish soap was essentially water with only a small amount of soap in it and appeared to be diluted by about 90%. When we asked for it to be replaced, we received the same watered-down product again. The second bed was a sofa bed with loose parts, causing it to make noise whenever someone moved. There was also no air conditioning, and the rooms were outdated and in serious need of renovation. Overall, the accommodations did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or cleanliness.

Ideal location. Clean hotel well appointed with very friendly staff. Entry- exit protocol for early departures needs some sorting out (when taxi arrived the front doors were locked with no personnel immediately around to facilitate leaving) but we had a fanatastic stay. Great breakfast.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

Our suite that overlooked the Aare River was fabulous! The views are breathtaking! The staff was always at our service with smiles on their faces. We really enjoyed the Terrace and Noumi (restaurant on site). The location is in the perfect central location where you can walk everywhere.
