Good place but very expensive

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

The room was spacious and clean.

Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay.

Location was great. However, the staff was brutal except for the breakfast staff. We were sitting in front of the hotel waiting for the para jumpers to land. We were told we could not sit there. It happened the night before at 10 pm, when we were finishing ice cream. There was NO ONE trying to use these tables!!!!!!We should have been asked if we were guests first before RUDELY being asked to leave. Also, they charge for room keys, if you ask for any extra and do not return them. Do not stay here!!!!!!

What an amazing property and stay! The attention to detail was impeccable, and we really appreciated the effort for children. This is a perfect home base for hiking and visiting all villages in the Jungfrau region. Food is outstanding.
