very great stay! no complaints at all

the room, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. the outside is super nice and clean. super close to the AV fair and all the staff was welcoming. the kitchen was fully equiped with a fridge/freezer, ice cube maker, a stove, plates, cups, ect!

The stay was ok friendly personnel. but was not satisfied with the cleaning of the room. I was there for two nights and one day and no one came around to get the trash out or get used towels. I had to ask the front desk person for clean ones. I checked out today around 1100 and still no one had came by.

Everything about this hotel was great except for the internet. While it worked on my cell phone it didn't work very well on my tablet so that was a disappointment to me. Also while I received an email I didn't really know that they only do housekeeping every other day. So I didn't know they didn't empty the trash or replenish the coffee, etc.
