Our experience was so unpleasant. We checked in on my bday. I was so excited to bring my daughter to the snow for the first time. #1 the customer service was non existent. #2 As you enter, there is an extremely strong chemical cleaning scent and it continued into the room. Within 15-20 min I had a headache. #3 My husband calls the front desk for a roll-away bed for our daughter, the phone would not connect to the front desk. He walked to the front desk to ask for a roll-way bed. They did not have any available, when it advertises that they do. He then asked for extra sheets and pillows to make her a bed and they had him wait for a significant amount of time to hand them to him instead of just bringing it to our room. #4 We left to ski for the day and upon returning to our room for the evening at 8:40pm, our key card to the room wasn’t working. We walked to the front desk and there was a hand written sign “we will return at 8:50pm”. It was a 15 minute wait and we are all exhausted and the Lysol chemical smell was still all throughout. I was so over it! #5 We did partake in the complimentary breakfast. We are not picky eaters by any means, but it was not good at all. Thank goodness they had individual yogurts. The coffee was very bad. They really need to do something about that. Many people look forward to a solid cup of coffee in the morning. It came out of a digital machine that makes it for you. We checked out 1 day early and the manager refused to refund anything to us.
