Trip around the lake

Last minute booking after travelling from So. Lake Tahoe and thru Reno.Rustic feel, nice ,quiet, good breakfast included. Did not get to use pool or hot tub but a nice feature

Liliana makde the check in process horrible. Thank goodness for Kelly. Now have to deal with charges that are wrong, since everything was prepaid. Advice. Ask for someone else to help you when trying to coordinate checking in and at desk. Horrible.

Will never do business with truckee donner again. Used my card and charged me an unauthorized and undisclosed amount on top of an "early check in fee" and refused to refund it . We were only told it would be released at check out. Got double charged for the room even though i had a paid receipt from expedia. Outlet in the bathroom didnt work ,the hot tub was not working , one card key didnt work the whole experience was awful.

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Lots of kids running all over up and down the hallways making noise and not told by staff that they were bothering many guests. Totally unacceptable!

The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Was able to find a “working” cart to carry my stuff to the room. The room was large and had a comfortable chair to watch TV. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great hotel- I wish all rooms were as great as this was!!
