The fan of the heater was very dirty and also under the bed it was dirty, very bad experience

The sink in the bathroom was so low, it was terrible, hurt your back using it. Toilet was really low too, bathroom set up looked like the ones you see in a kinder garden. Not a pleasant experience.

The web description says there is snow boarding on site. That’s a lie. The heater was super loud and the room was cold. Bad place to stay.

The first room they put me in the window was misaligned (let cold air in snowy weather) The second round that they put me in the heater did not work. Finally, the third room they put me in was three times bigger, heater worked, and seemed to be better it included a blow dryer and an iron. The first two rooms had no blow dryer or no iron. I question why do they save the good rooms for certain people?

Definitely worth the price. The good: Clean room, helpful staff to find me a ground floor room, updated interior and comfortable bed. Ok breakfast but not really a "full breakfast". Coffee maker (pods) made halfway decent coffee and helped for fast mornings to head out. The not great: exterior definitely needs work in the "overflow" building. The room turned out to be accessible which in and of itself wasn't an issue. However, no closet and zero counter space in the bathroom. Seriously? Everyone needs it, including someone who might be in a wheelchair or using a walker. And no heat in the bathroom. Coffee machine in the lobby makes terrible coffee
