The room was extremely cold, and the heater was not working. There was a strong smell of cleaning products in the room. The bed was soft and quite uncomfortable.

Overall a decent hotel with easy access to Lake Tahoe. Staff were fantastic, the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. The room facilities were excellent, too.
