Always a good go to when seeing a show/concert at Marymoor Park. About a 20 minute walk to the gate. Redmond Inn is also in a nice area and stands as an “OG” hotel in the area. Older place, nothing fancy but kept up well and has large rooms.

I have only positive things to say about this hotel. All the staff were absolutely amazing. The room was as advertised, and the hotel design was absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful older hotel, stayed in a very nice suite. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great location, close to dining, shopping and the public market.

There was no breakfast served although the stay was supposed to come with breakfast

This was our second visit to the State Hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. It had everything we needed for our visit to Seattle: beautiful room, professional and friendly staff, and a rooftop with an amazing view. We’ll be back!

I would not stay here again. Around 6:00 AM, I woke up to a man standing in the doorway of my room after he opened the door without warning. I screamed, and he said, “Sorry, we thought you checked out,” before closing the door. Whether it was an employee or not, this was completely unacceptable and incredibly frightening. I immediately packed my belongings, went to the front desk, and reported what happened. The only response I received was an apology, which did not make me feel any safer. I left the hotel immediately because I no longer felt secure staying there. To make matters worse, the room did not have a secondary security latch or swing bar that could have prevented someone from entering while I was inside. The hotel also looked much older and more run-down than the online photos suggested. No guest should ever wake up to a stranger standing in their doorway. I cannot recommend staying here.

Staff was SUPER friendly. The outside of the building is not like the photos.

Staff went above and beyond expected with kindness and desire to help.
