Staffing was great they made sure that we had what we needed throughout the time we stayed which was great even the fancy hotels have lacked in that department. It was affordable for what we needed this trip.

I have only positive things to say about this hotel. All the staff were absolutely amazing. The room was as advertised, and the hotel design was absolutely gorgeous.

The room was clean when we arrived, but our room was never serviced (we stayed 3 nights). The AC didn’t work (we had it set on 66 and it maintained 73 the whole time). There was no body wash in the shower (pump was there - it was empty). The water pressure was so intense that it was uncomfortable. Also, there was no light over the shower which made it difficult to see to shave. Staff was extremely friendly. The bartender in the lobby restaurant was amazing and gave us a whole list of recommendations as to what to see and where to eat. Food at the lobby restaurant was great, and the drinks were excellent.

Our room was pretty big and spacious for my family. The room was just like in the pictures. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only complain is the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and there was no window to air out the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly, and the pool was clean and felt safe for kids, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again!
