Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. The front walkway leading up to the house is a bit overgrown with weeds and plants making it difficult to navigate to the house with luggage going up steps. Safety issues there.

Great location, especially if you are spending time in Cap/ First hill or Belltown. The water is a nice walk. Good for families or people who want more space then a standard hotel room provides. The beds and bedding(pillows) have seen better days and the quality is not great. Bring your own hairdryer- the one in the room was cheap and smoked when we tried to use it. Pack your tolietries thoughtfully, as only soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. We have stayed here before, the quality of the bed, bedding was not as good this time around and the floors could use a good cleaning as the grout was very dingy. Looking forward to the roof top restaurant opening soon.
