Our AC didn’t work the first night. The hottub didn’t work was just a hot bath. There was construction on the other side of the pool with exposed wires. There was no breakfast or anything even though there was a giant dining area that wasn’t being used. The next day after being delayed 3 times we received a new room. This time , the AC worked but the electricity on one side of the room was out and it was the side with the lights and TV and when we told the manager Graville what happened he turned rude and said wait 10 minutes for the next shift cuz I’m not dealing with it. Never again will we stay here and wouldn’t credit us or anything for our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anything but maybe a place for suicide.

The tv didn’t work in my room at all

My elderly parents stayed for 8 nights. Room was clean when they arrived, but never cleaned during their stay. My mom, coming from abroad had to go several times to the main office to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. When she asked for the room to be cleaned, she was told that they clean only after 11 nights. Excellent room and location, poor service.

Very friendly check in!

The hotel and our room were absolutely lovely. The staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive to requests. I will definitely stay here again!
