Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. The front walkway leading up to the house is a bit overgrown with weeds and plants making it difficult to navigate to the house with luggage going up steps. Safety issues there.

Great location, especially if you are spending time in Cap/ First hill or Belltown. The water is a nice walk. Good for families or people who want more space then a standard hotel room provides. The beds and bedding(pillows) have seen better days and the quality is not great. Bring your own hairdryer- the one in the room was cheap and smoked when we tried to use it. Pack your tolietries thoughtfully, as only soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. We have stayed here before, the quality of the bed, bedding was not as good this time around and the floors could use a good cleaning as the grout was very dingy. Looking forward to the roof top restaurant opening soon.

I chose this hotel because of its location. That ended up being the only positive thing about it. It only had 1 working elevator and it was VERY slow. It took us 4 tries to get the front desk to manage to get BOTH of our room keys to work. The room lacked enough outlets next to the bed to charge things. Only one side of the bed had any access to plugs. Not very convenient. The room was large enough and the bed was very comfortable. There is no parking and the valet parking was expensive ($55 per day). The wi-Fi was strong and easy to access. In the end I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and helped us a lot!
