My family and I checked in late and the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were extra comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and there were so many options for me and my family. We asked for a late checkout and the staff was very accommodating. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Only negative is the buzzing noise in the middle of the night. It sounded like a fire alarm going off every few minutes. My kids and myself kept waking up because of it.

Booked a room last minute for a work trip and had my dog and girlfriend join. Extremely glad I found this place. Room was spacious and clean. All amenities in the room worked as expected. Ordered dinner using their “digital dine in” option. Easy QR code scan to order from the Indian restaurant located in the lobby area. Food was delicious, fresh, and delivered straight to our room. Have to give a shout out to Brody at the front desk. Diligent, detail oriented service and super helpful. Didn’t mind me calling the desk a couple times to ask questions from the room. Helpful everytime. Plus - I’ll always give a positive review for a fellow raider fan. Overall - amazing stay for the price tag. Convenient location next to convenience stores and restaurants. Safe and quiet area. Great customer service and staff. Can’t ask for more. I’ll have to make time to try the breakfast next time I’m in town for work.

The staff was amazing! Definitely ate at The Hat (as recommended - delicious). Room was clean and spacious for a great price. The only thing we didn't like was the window treatments on the slider didn't keep the light out very well...

Booked this hotel same day due to a family emergency we had to come into town for and wow they made it so easy to check in. We were pleased that it was very clean and well taken care of, the rooms are modern, the showers feel amazing, and the tv has actual cable which is a plus. It’s very quiet and the balcony adds to the comfort. Rooms are very spacious and beds were comfortable I could not complain about anything. Very pleasant experience for my short stay.

Our experience was very disappointing. In the morning, I personally went to the front desk and told the lady that we needed our room cleaned, fresh towels, the bed made, and the sofa bed prepared for us. She assured me it would be taken care of. When we came back at night, nothing had been done. The room was exactly how we left it. We went back to the front desk, and a different employee was there. He checked the system and said that housekeeping had skipped our room. No apology or real explanation, just that it wasn’t done. On top of that, my boyfriend had called the hotel a few days before our stay to let them know it was my birthday. They said they would arrange something special for the room, like flowers or chocolates, and confirmed it over the phone. But when we arrived, there was absolutely nothing — not even a note or mention of it. The service and attention to detail were extremely disappointing. We expected better hospitality and communication. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
