Very friendly and helpful staffs. 1st room was stink of cigarette smell, staffs was kind enough to give us a second. Room temperature sees to be controlled by central system, couldn't get it to go cooler.

Everything was excellent.

Superb entrance (you will love it) and gorgeous foyer 💕 staff are super nice. Rooms are clean, functional and have slippers, fresh bottles of water every day. Washing machine was added bonus but struggled to dry them as laundry room dryers were on so low it took hours (my only slight negative). We are heading back there after a 5 day detour to Shanghai so see you soon ❤️

Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.
