Room was spacious. Staff were nice and friendly. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. Shower didn’t have hot water, Luke warm at best, took over 10 minutes for the water to not be cold. One sink was somewhat clogged and drained slowly. The other sink had dried food from previous occupants. None of it prevented us from having a good time but we upgraded to the King bed suite with spa tub, so expected everything to be working properly. We didn’t use the tub since there wasn’t hot water.

Coffe maker leaked and did not work. Waited two hours for replacement. Light fixture was broke but did work. Shower left water all over bathroom. Parking garage was confusing and charged $20. Resort fee was $37. Very disappointing.

A saving grace for our room was the dark decor and dim lighting. On the plus side the sheets and towels were clean. However we found the entry door frame badly damaged as if it had been kicked in. The bathroom vanity false drawer face came off in my hand as it had already been broken and simply set in place. No toiletries. No toilet room door. Overall it was underwhelming and overpriced.

Property isn't a great location central to everything in South Tahoe. Very affordable, clean, lots of places to walk the dog – fairy dog, friendly in general. Staff was friendly and fun, maintenance people were friendly and accommodating, and did a great job. Great place for a summer weekend stay!
