This resort was just right for our needs. The location is great, with shuttles almost every day to go grocery shopping or go into Willemstad. Staff were friendly and kept the rooms and pools neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our 10 night stay which was shockingly loud and annoying (the staff could not really explain it). Bar is very expensive. Did not like the fact that they claim to be environmentally conscious in their towel/sheet replacement policy and then they did not follow it! We followed their instruction to hang towels that do not need replacing, but they replace them anyway. That aside, we would stay here again.

Il n'y a aucun service, nous n'avons vue personne. La piscine était passable, mais le spa trop salle pour l'utiliser. La grille de sécurité passe son temps a ouvrir et fermer. Le robinet de l'évier avait besoin d'entretien. Le lit était inconfortable. Aucun service de nettoyage durant la semaine, pas de savon a vaisselle, pas de briquet pour allumer la cuisinière au gaz. Nous n'avons pas reçu les informations d'arrivée a temps, le propriétaire a voulu nous charger 3400$ pour un petit bungalow d'une seule pièce pour 7 jours alors que nous avions déjà payé via Expedia. La valeur sur Expedia était autour de 800$ et ca ne valait pas plus.

Check in was terrible. Instructions unclear and took 4 failed attempts. Cleanliness could of been slightly better as toilets were clearly not cleaned thoroughly but overall good price and felt safe

This stay was amazing! The staff were very friendly & helpful as well. Three stories with your own private garden and balcony area. There is no air conditioning on the first floor (where the kitchen is), but it is still manageable. The only thing I would suggest bringing is a washcloth (there were always plenty of fresh towels). Also, there were no normal. large mirrors in the bathrooms, but there is 1 on the second floor. It is part of an antique desk and the lighting is not good (especially in the evening), so it was kind of challenging to put on makeup. Otherwise the place was great! Plenty of dishes to use, and a comfortable couch for lounging. We also enjoyed an occasional outdoor cat that would come to visit the garden. Also note: If you book on Expedia, the system does not keep your credit card on file for the agency, so the staff will ask you to text your credit card information or to call them and give it over the phone. This is to refund your deposit after your stay. We were not comfortable doing this, so you can leave it as a tip.
