Muy buena experiencia! Excelente ubicación … súper cerca de casco viejo. Solo tengan en cuenta que hay yea la comunicación con el lobby is mínima. Nos ofrecieron mantener las maletas en el check out pero al final no hubo nadie en el front desk. Después de esto, súper recomendado

Everything was great. Only problem was our air conditioning wasn’t working and it was super hot that day and night. Did complain about it, as it was so late when we checked in they couldn’t do anything. Staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again next time, hopefully the air conditioning will work.

Good place. Centre to everything. No tea, kettle or coffees in the room. Rooms are clean. WiFi was non existent and had to use our own data. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms need a little up dating. Only stay one night. The hotel was peaceful while we were there. Taxi can stop in front of this hotel. The soap was over the bidet. Which was a stretch from the sink. If you stay for a day or two then this is fine if longer. I would recommend the other branch one which is closer to the coach station, just ten minutes away. Air conditioning work great.

Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked.

We absolutely love the location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and the nightly activities they had scheduled were great option for evenings in.

The staff is what I like best about this hotel. They are very friendly and are always ready to help. The design of the hotel is minimalist but very functional. Bathrooms are great and beds are comfortable. Conveniently located next to the old town with a beautiful view over the river. Definitely will stay here again!

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Reception. Very comfortable, modern, good sized room, pleasantly decorated. Excellent breakfast, with many options. We loved it. Very good location. Pleasant walk along the river. The food served at the bar is outstanding. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
