Great location in city center where all the shops and restaurants are. Staff super friendly & helpful. Stroll to the Marina. Beaches are a bit further but we used it to our advantage by stopping to purchase sandwiches and do window shopping along the way.

Hôtel très bien situé, le mobilier et le décor de la salle de bain est un peu vieillot mais c’est confortable. J’avais réservé une chambre avec terrasse, la terrasse est superbe pour profiter des apéros et relaxer. Il serait un gros avantage d’inclure un mini-frigo dans les chambres avec terrasse pour pouvoir y conserver les merveilleux produits que nous pouvons acheter dans les alentours. Nous avons eu un super séjour, je recommande les chambres avec terrasse.

The staff was very friendly! there was a 24h service and we felt very safe. The room was very clean and everyday the staff would clean it. There was also cold water in the loby which we really enjoyed in this hot weather. I would definitely go back

The hotel was basic as only a 2* hotel but served our purpose. In a great area close to everything. Staff were friendly We had checked out at noon and I called back about an hour later asking if they could check the room for a hoodie I thought I had left. They said they would check the room for me. I called back and they confirmed it wasn’t there. I then got a message around 5:00 pm. Saying my iPads had been left. Unfortunately I was already in Faro. It’s nice that they reached out to me just unfortunate it wasn’t noticed until later

Great location

The location of this property was smazing. Right in the heart of the old town. On a tiny little street barely wide enough for a car. There is no where to park at all. Cant even stop to drop luggage. Parking can be found, underground, not far on tge nain strip. The young man at the front desk was great. English was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were old and tight. No room for suitcases toiletries etc. Carpets old and worn. Didnt know bathroom fixtures came in that colir brown. Would recommend as long as lication is most important.

I was here during a blackout, but the staff were very helpful in getting me to my room in the dark. The location is great: near to shops, restaurants, bars, ocean, etc., but on a nice quiet side street.

Very, very outdated. Carpets have what looks to be generations of set-in stains and dirt. Walls are SO thin - I could hear my neighbor brushing his teeth, gagging while brushing his tongue, and using the bathroom. I guess this is common. Could use some serious renovations - it doesn’t need to be fancy, but just some updates would do the place good. It’s very 80s. Otherwise, staff was friendly and the location is an easy walk in to the town.

The Hotel is a basic “no frills“ place to lay your head. It is clean but doesn’t have modern day comforts such as a refrigerator,Coffee maker or great bedding. However, you need to remember that the price and location may outweigh these wants. Staff are wonderful! Rooftop patio was closed for repairs. If that is important to you then you may want to contact the Hotel before booking.
