This place must have been great in the past. Way past due for renovation in every area of the property. Friendly staff makes it up but can’t do much about plumbing issue, bad paint job, ripped carpet, and smelly old unit in general. I would not stay here again until the renovation is completed and reforms to its former glory.

Stain in shower curtain looks like blood. Back door which our room is near, lots of insects, spider web by the door, no one is available to refill the breakfast buffet. At least clean around the hotel. Flies inside the room. Moldy bathtub

The hotel has lots of potential with big nice lobby, area for breakfast and pool, however, nothing is maintained: surfaces in the rooms feel greasy, bathrooms are not cleaned, lots of area are so outdated: cracks on the walls, closets doors do not stay closed. Hotel smells bad, area around the hotel not maintained. We stayed for 2 nights, both mornings our keys stopped working around 9 because "it's a checkout day". The room next to us had a room number sign with pencil on the piece of paper.

We loved the atrium. Such a gem! The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool. The service was excellent. They are still updating and so after renovations it will be awesome!

They ran out of breakfast just within first hour. They didn’t replenish any. Only coffee, juices were available. Waffle maker was there, but long line. So terrible service. Would not stay there again.
