This property is poorly managed. The outside of the hotel is full of litter, the lobby smelled moldy and had a garlic smell. The carpet is old and doesn't look like a vacuum has touched it for weeks. The room was very sketchy, old fridge and microwave, the bedding had stains on it and the bathroom has not been cleaned properly for a long time. The toilet seat was even breaking. If it wasn't for the fact of my son was moving back to college and all the other hotels was $400 and up, I would have not stayed here. They should do better!!!

This place is an absolute HOLE! Disgustingly filthy! Dirty pillow cases, stuff splattered on the walls, phone in room, carpet didn't look vacuumed, etc. The whole place smells like onions and mildew to put it mildly. We won't even be taking a shower here as it's that gross!

Do not book here , not sure y hotels.com even has this listing, the hotel should be closed , booked since no other option near uni , there is muggy smell , towels stained, bathrooms with mold in sink and tub , should not even be allowed to host anyone , swited rooms 3 times in 2 days , toilet broke down in night, the service desk didn't do anything, it was the worst hotel stay inever

Cosmesis was awful. The door handle was rickety and we had to fight to open the door each time. Fixtures were just painted over making them look terrible. Faucets and toilets were rusty. Carpet was ripped up and then just patched over.

Holes in walls, and doors…tv didn’t work. Bathroom floor dirty. Smelled odd in hallways and rooms. Photos online look nothing like reality. Garbage and broken things in the bushes. Free breakfast was not appetizing. Mattresses were not bad and plenty of hot water… but that doesn’t make up for all the negative stuff.

This is honestly my go-to for a quick stay in Lafayette. Clean rooms, nice staff, breakfast is simple. It's perfect for the price.

Gross stay

A hotel smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We got moved to the second floor, which was a little better. The carpet was so gross that I had to leave my shoes on. The cabinetry was falling apart around the freezer refrigerator. The air conditioning was blowing out Cigarette smells. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

A dump - NOT worth the price!

Very disappointing stay. TERRIBLE value for the price we paid. Bathroom was gross...dirty grout, cracks in sink. Lobby & elevator were dirty. Fitness center was DISGUSTING. On the plus side, the room (bedding) was clean and service was good (easy check in). Also very difficult to navigate to hotel from the highway.

10/10 would not recommend!

Our air conditioner didn’t work and made horrible noises all night. It was 82° in our room when we woke up. The toilet paper holder was broken towels were dingy couldn’t really tell if they were clean or not. The hair dryer looked like it was all burnt up. The pillowed were the size of couch pillows. For break fast there were 2 cerebral options (raised bran or fruit loops) and toast or oatmeal.
