I had planned our 25th anniversary for my wife and myself that what I thought was a lot of research but only to arrive And find out the hot tub in our room was disgusting I went out and bought a bottle of bleach and we put some soap in the hot tub and let it run If it’s draining it and trying to get off The film in the hot tub was unbelievable Perhaps the cleaning crew should be using bleach as soap and running the hot tub and rinsing again before cleaning again perhaps we will have a satisfied customer I purposely wanted a hot tub in the room for anniversary spending two nights there we were only able to take showers, not use what I rented the room for I know this establishment is old But you could perhaps keep your customers happy if you probably clean the hot tubs This review is going out on Facebook and everywhere I can reach unless I am contacted by the owners with some kind of reconciliation Don’t go there if you want to use the hot tub

Not so happy

Outdated and had a weird odor in the room, would have expected more for the cost

Its a very nice place, seems like it was updated recently. But those upgrades need maintenance. The master shower faucet isn’t mounted properly so the handle and cover plate move around whenever you use it. There’s a hand towel rack that needs to be remounted because the wall anchors are falling out. There front storm door is falling off the hinges and it doesn’t have pneumatic door closer so its constantly swinging open. And they advertise that there’s a pool but i was never able to access it. Other guests told me they were given a passcode but I never received one. Tried speaking to someone from Avant stay team but no one ever called me back. And there’s no one on site….. no security person at the front, no one in the office building did not see one staff person the entire week. But it was clean and they had decent WiFi.

He rooms were nice and clean but oh my gosh the smell of he resort stunk so bad of cigarettes the casino was disgusting with people smoking and dirty ash trays all around even the “non smoking areas” stunk so bad with active smoking as they were all on the casino floor with smoking area all around. The restaurants that opens up to the casino floor had smoke and smell I had to go off property for dinner and couldn’t play in the casino after trying to tolerate it I went back to the room and my clothes stunk up the room. In this day and age there should be proper enclosed smoking and.non smoking areas and by God invest in a proper air filtration system. Hack hack still coughing no point to go back!

Four Seasons, 5-Stars. Excellent B&B with friendly staff, super clean rooms, comfortable beds, swimming pool, hot tub and great breakfast. Highly recommend and will visit again.
