This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

This property was amazing and it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was excellent. They clean your room every day and give you free water and soda. It’s very quiet due to it’s proximity so you will sleep good.

The staff was wonderful! Lily did a great job making us feel welcome and planning our trip. The facilities were clean, tidy and an excellent breakfast.
